Since I lost interest in using Umi in the hideout I decided to make another pokemon to take her place

History: Kaze was a experiment that Team galactic was working on. They were trying to find out what would happen if they messed with the genetics of a pokemon. Kaze and his siblings were given random DNA and it seems like he was given pichu DNA. During a Snow storm Kaze escaped Team galactic leaving behind hersiblings. Kaze wondered around for days until he saw a pickachu that had a bag of what seemed to be pokeballs. Kaze had approached the pickachu and got the chance to talk to him, the pickachu took Kaze to where he was going and Kaze was allowed to become a member of Team Rocket.
